Catch Brent Leary’s Social CRM Session Wednesday Morning

Brent Leary, CRM industry analyst, advisor, author and blogger will present “Industry Trends In Social CRM” here at Sage Summit Wednesday November 11th, 8:30 a.m. Eastern in Building B – Level 3 – Room B316. (Session CRM35)

Participants can also receive a Social CRM eBook that Brent authored for Sage titled “From Information to Engagement: Trends for Reaching the Social Customer.”

Brent plans to cover a diverse set of social media topics during his presentation including the impact of “listening.”

“Tracking the social activities of contacts and leads from within CRM applications increases our abilities to better understand individual customer segments,” he explains. “If, for example, you find a significant number of your top customers in a particular industry are using Twitter to engage in conversations on an important development, this may present a valuable opportunity to quickly provide information to them at their highest moment of interest.” (The Peachtree by Sage team has a recent example of this, summarized best by the customer himself on his own blog.)
